Unless Congress changes current law, the law repeals the estate tax in 2010 and then the law sunsets at the end of 2010. As a result, the law in effect prior to 2001 will return the estate tax with only $1 million exemption in 2011. Do you think Congress will vote to make the repeal of the estate tax permanent?
